Shipping and Returns

What is the shipping policy?

We aim to get your Harth Hot Chocolate to you as quickly as possible! Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email to let you know it’s on its way to our fulfilment team. As soon as your parcel is packed and ready to go, we’ll send you a shipping email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Thanks for your order — we can’t wait for you to enjoy your hot chocolate!

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship all across the UK and NI. If your outside of these areas get in touch and we'll see if we can point you in the direction of a stockists.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your Harth Hot Chocolate! Since our products are food items, we can’t accept returns unless something’s gone wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo if you can — we’ll sort it quickly with a refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns for things like a change of mind or taste preferences.
